Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over . Orders under are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

We ship from Wisconsin. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Midwest: 1-3 business days
  • East/West Coast: 3-5 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: up to 7 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays may occur, especially during peak holiday shipping periods.

Shipping Carrier

We ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. The carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure safe, timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sweetleafsoil.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
