We stand behind our worm castings. If your plants aren't doing better within 60 days of your purchase, contact us and we'll make it right - either with a replacement or a full refund. No complicated process, no restocking fee.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, email us at info@sweetleafsoil.com within 60 days of your purchase date with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo if the product arrived damaged or incorrect

We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps. In most cases, we process refunds without requiring you to ship the product back.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including any shipping charges paid - at our cost.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Exclusions

We do not offer refunds for orders outside the 60-day window unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Wholesale and bulk orders are subject to separate terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
